Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Copper City Ventures LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), operator of The Wheel Method (wheelmethod.com and related properties). By accessing the site, registering for a webinar, or using any content we provide, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Educational content only — not financial advice

All content provided by The Wheel Method, including webinars, videos, articles, emails, and any downloadable material, is for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we publish constitutes investment, financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind. No advisor-client, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the site. Always consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the site. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable use

The Wheel Method name, logo, written content, video content, course materials, and site design are owned by Copper City Ventures LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view content for your personal, non-commercial education only.

5. Communications consent

When you register, you choose which communication channels to opt in to (email, SMS, phone). You may withdraw any consent at any time — reply STOP to texts, click unsubscribe in any marketing email, or email support@wheelmethod.com. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

6. Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will produce a particular result. Past performance of any strategy, including the wheel strategy, does not predict future results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copper City Ventures LLC and its officers, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the site or our content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Copper City Ventures LLC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

9. Binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@wheelmethod.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the state and federal courts in Wilmington, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
