• Information you provide: first name, email address, phone number, and the consent choices you make when you register for a webinar or contact us.
• Automatic information: IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and UTM parameters from the link you arrived on.
• Cookies and similar technologies: we use a minimal set of cookies for site functionality and basic analytics.

• To register you for the webinar and deliver your unique join link and reminders.
• To send you marketing emails, text messages, and phone calls about The Wheel Method if you opt in to those channels at registration. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We share the minimum information necessary with vendors that help us run the business:

• Webinar platform (Demio) — to register attendees and host the live event.
• Email delivery — to send your registration confirmation, reminders, and (if opted in) marketing emails.
• SMS delivery (Twilio) — to text your join link and (if opted in) marketing messages.
• Hosting and database — to securely store your registration record.
• Analytics — to understand site usage in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Your phone number is only used by Copper City Ventures LLC and our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) to send the webinar messages you have requested or opted in to receive.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messages at registration, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from The Wheel Method related to your webinar registration — including confirmations, reminders, the live-event join link, and post-event follow-up. If you separately opt in to marketing SMS, you may also receive promotional messages from The Wheel Method.

• Message frequency: up to approximately 6 messages per webinar event (registration confirmation, 24-hour reminder, 1-hour reminder, 15-minute reminder, live-start notice, and a replay or follow-up message). Optional marketing message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: reply HELP for support, or email support@wheelmethod.com.
• Carriers: supported through major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Email: unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email support@wheelmethod.com.
• SMS: reply STOP to any text to opt out, or reply HELP for help.
• Phone calls: tell us on a call, or email support@wheelmethod.com, and we'll remove your number.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. To exercise any right, email support@wheelmethod.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We keep your registration information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time.

We use industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Wheel Method is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
